It will be a modern living, with featuring communal areas in the house, an inviting living room with comfortable sofa and flat screen television.

The communal places will be regularly cleaned.

We have gardeners and we help you in small maintenance.

Your room will be deeply cleaned before you move in.

We will carefully choose your house mates.

We care about your welfare, we give you swift response for any queries by our friendly and experienced team.

Please be aware:

• We will check your credit score.
• We will take an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement with you.
• We let rooms for minimum six months.
• We will ask you to pay one month advanced rent and £95 admin fee.
• There are few of observing house rules.
• We expect from you to respect your housemates and our team members.
• You need to care about your environment and try to leave clean and tidy the communal places.
• You have to clean your own room.
